Laser learning was set up to provide targeted online development courses. As international learning and development specialists we provide practical, inspiring online courses for managers so they gain the skills, expertise and confidence to pro actively manage and develop their people.
Our passion is people and as CIPD qualified HR professionals we have oodles of experience in people matters of all shapes and sizes. We are often asked "how do I handle "difficult conversations?" or "how do I motivate my team?" We know this can feel like a struggle because we have worked with hundreds of managers facing similar issues - and now we'd like to help you in your management journey.

Individuals can follow an online course at their own pace at a time to suit them. This is a fully flexible way of learning that is totally managed by the individual.
Webinar Series
We also run open webinar programmes – these follow a modular format of 90 minute sessions in groups. Our open sessions allow individuals from a variety of organisations to come together to explore their learning and challenges together in a facilitated, energised and supportive environment.
Tailored Programmes
We also work with organisations to develop tailored Webinar programmes for cohorts of individuals from the same organisation – in this instance we will tailor exercises and case studies to reflect the language, situations and feel of your organisation to help bring the learning to life and make it authentic for your people.
